wat kinda machine is that? ab roller type thing? or one of electrical things that tenses ur muscles?
always been sceptical abt those...
imo, nothing beats a balanced diet and regular exercise - its not jus abt the abs - its the overall bodyfat/cholesterol levels, heart/lung strength, stamina, blood circulation etc that benefit and in the long run are more important

I agree with Lutonian those things never really work and it's not natural.
