warm milk is generally very working as well as reading..youre eyes will just slowly dim till they shut...awww...sweetdreams!

Jus dont bother !! Insomnia is good , give u lots a time to think n not to mention crazy stuff.
If I cant sleep at nite .. I simply get to work.
Ppl who cant sleep, try study ... blimey, within a few mins u'll be noddin of sleep.

fazzy, try reading something, or watch a little tv before you go to bed. You will find your eyes cant take no more, feeling sleepy. It works for me anyway.

faz, sleepless nights can be dure ot worry/stress, u worried or stressed about anything other than not being able to sleep?

its cumin bak again... at 1st i use 2 sleep bout 4 hrs n now its cut dwn 2 2hrs... its stressin me out... n i feel weak... elp me sum 1...
n on top of dat evry1 says faz ur getin weak... n dat stresses me out 2.... i kno im always doc gave me anti-depressnt tablets b4... dey wer cool... dey switchd ma brain off... felt so good... bt ma frenz n family told me 2 stop takin em cuz der addictive..n sed dey'l mes ma brain up nt dats it nt messd up so im bak 2 square 1....

if u drink milk before bed - make sure u brush ur teeth twice over - otherwise you'd wake up with donkey breath!

Fazzy, here's somthing u can listen to - If you don't have broadband it may take an hour to download! its about 20mb.

If you have windows Xp with MEdia player 9 it should play immediately!

To save it to your hard drive right click it and choose 'save target as'.

* neva tink bout not b-in able 2 slp cuz dis intensifies insomnia.
* try to go bed & get up rufly @d same tym evry day!
* tense ur muscles sevral tyms, aswel as breathe deeply several tyms b4 goin2 bed...(breathin deeply is d best tecniq)-trust d baby!
* Drink milk or yougurt b4 u go2 dis contains (sumfin) dat elps U2 slp..
* Exercise regularly..but not b4 goin2 bed!
*** HOPE AL DIS WROKS 4U!!...but try not 2focos on al d probs in ur lyf... ***
