Well...according to my experience, children just want attention. They seek attention from their elder siblings if they do not get it from their parents. Sometimes they enjoy annoying you, you know what they say..."Kids can be cruel".
My little sister is so very cute, but she can be annoying. She just won't stop talking sometimes. XD
Meh I dunno...

Little kids are annoying in numbers. Any less that 20 I can handle. Anymore and I have to take out the coat hanger.

i have three younger sisters!!!! they are all so annoying!!!! And why is is that younger siblings all way have more money then u???? im always borrowing off my sister!!!
