In view of all these incompetent parents, should there be a new law which bans anyone from having children until they can prove by passing a test that they know the basics of raising children?

Wow, I never really thought about that.
Well the way I see it, there are more and more teenage pregnancies going on these days. People just ignore protection. So it's their own fault. Those who do have babies when they least expect it are never prepared. So maybe they should have some kind of law to having tests for raising children.
Ever notice why children are abused? Not only cuz parents can be cruel, it's because they don't know how to raise them.

U need a license for a dog, for a gun so why not a child? Im glad u think there should be such a law in place, what are ur thoughts everyone?

You're not taking your child out to crap in the park, and you're not firing your child at anyone. Besides, you buy a dog and a gun. I'm not sure if you buy a child or not.
I guess at adoption clinics you're technically buying a child but whatever.
Having a child is an important decision and a very big step in your life. If you make it prematurely, you're a retard.
Sex is great though. Just use contraceptives.
Stupid people shouldn't have children.

Wat a topic!!!!!! Lol yesh they should be a law on it .. like the law china has one kid to each family :S Lol kids these days when i say kids i mean 15/16 all they do is get drunk/smoke/chex lolz when i was 15 i never knew what chex was hehe :P

license to have a baby that sounds like a good idea. would control the population in some countries example bangladesh really needs this. child abuse would go down , less children homeless, if there was a license to have children then i dont think many children would suffer, they would get an education and well disciplined

| A licence...now theres a concept...but what is the right way of parenting??even basics??so how do u make a syllabus of teaching..my pop always said..there is no one right way of being a parent..its just whats effective..so teaching could be good...but the methodologies are too broad..impossible to teach.. |
