there are lots of ways of telling, but dont get it confused with infatuation or a crush.
Abs's little guide to knowing when ur in love:
1. you miss the person when u dont talk to them for a while
2. you feel totally comfortable around them - even when u dont talk
3. you can share anything with them even things that u wouldnt tell anyone or things that ur ashamed of
4. u can picture urself spending ur whole life with them
5. you wouldnt even consider anyone else in place of them
6. nobody else in ur eyes looks more beautiful to you
7. everytime u hear their voice u feel a sense of relief and usually smile
8. whatever mistakes they make you always forgive them
9. you always try to debate but never argue, if u do argue it never lasts
10. life just wouldnt be the same without them!
I know ive probably missed loads of stuff and some might be a little weird! But hey thats the best I can do at this time of the morning!

I don't think I could have put it better myself, at least now I know thatI am so very much in love at the moment. ^^
BTW please don't get mixed up with a crush or love, a crush is more lust in my honest opinion.

ive been in love once, was in a long term relationship with a guy and things were great. the feeling of comfort, care, dreams with seeing a future was there. yeh everyone has ups and downs in the relationship, which we did and so we broke up. he was the first guy i had ever fallen in love with. everything admin said above is true,if thats all there then you know you are in love.
if you get a crush on someone, that is NOT love, thats just lust!!

You people are all trying to define 'crush' as if it's actually a word. It isn't. It's slang. Therefore, it's wide usage and susceptibility to change redeems it undefinable. But, I know for sure there are three kinds of attraction, in themselves cover a wide area of different feelings.
Like - A mental connection: understanding, things in common, easy to talk to etc
Lust - Sexual attraction, varies depending on person's preferences
Love - A connection of the heart, an immense feeling latching you onto someone and never wanting to let go, no matter what their faults are, etc
And 'true' love is all of those things put together. Yeah, I've been there. And I'm also a psychologist, so this stuff's all easy for me. But love is hard to practice, so I try not to open myself to it.

love can mean so many things...and i have a lot of love in me and a lot of love around me...
But, im not in love with a guy, lol...
This might sound reli shallow, but iv'e bin involved in a reli small, tiny, lickle experiment which failed, and i wud neva rpt... i don't wana go in depth...
But the ppl around me had bin in love an bin in love again (no names,lolz)...
But 4 me i believed now that i made the mistake i don't wana abandon wot i have bcoz i neva wana rpt it... nways it only lasted a few weeks or sumin, and i wud neva go thru dat agen...
We all have 2 make mistakes 2 learn from them, and im glad i have...
now i deffinately appreciate my lifestyle more an can luk at sum ppl understand what there goin thru etc... |

| I feel like i am, but this is the first experience i am having with this girl everytime i see her my heart beats faster and im out of breathe(well it feels like that) when ever physical contact is made i get a tingle down my spine, when ever she texts or calls i get to my phone as quick as possible and reply asap, i cant find any imperfections with this girl, and all this and she does not even know how i feel and i have all these feelings for her, is it love or is it just an infactuation i dunno but it feels rite and i never want to loose these feelings as long as she does feel the same way about me!
