but u should also make sure u eat that curry b4 abt 8ish in the evening, otherwise by eating late, all them carbs (rice) dnt get burned off in any way.
snacking aint always bad, its jst u got to be active too. always eat brekie, otherwise ur slowing down ur metabolism 4 the rest of the day.
ur heaviest meal shoud be either brekie or lunch (the italians have a massive feast, they close their shops 4 a good 3/4 hours during noon for lunch and a siesta).
then there is 'eat little but often' because its not just about having 3 meals a day.
finally make sure u hav a good water intake (freah fruit n veg count 2 wards this) some times when ur feeling hungry, it could b jst ur body telling ur dehydrated.
i always found when im bored, i ate more. since coming back frm the states (where i gained weight), i became more active. This was mainly due the fact i have to walk or use public transport to get anywhere(my car is gone) n finally getting a job (im always late so im rushing). so i dont sit at home all day being bored and munching on crappy foods.
