Married men are out of bounds...........this guy you're on about is living his life with someone else and is more than likely happy unless he has told you otherwise.............
If you truly love or care for him then you should be content with the fact that he is happy where he is and its a cue for you to forget him and move on (I know its easier said than done.....)
Telling him how you feel might compromise the friendship you have between the two of you.......is it really worth it???
I know its probably not what you want to hear...........but Inshallah you'll get through this sis :)
