@Nijjy Well ive been slacking recently, but i try and get to the gym for 5 days........ Firstly I do a CV workout to work off any flab and then tone up by doing weights.........
I go jogging occasionally too, but recently have been unable to cause of the hot weather!!! End up swallowing flys!!! URGH!!!
Yep we're definately in the wrong job........**wonders what chances shes got at modelling**
How often do you workout?

i go bout 4 time a week... similar stuff, but mainly CV stuff... and i swim a lot aswell... but like u i been enjoying the weather and hayfever really takes it out of me so i just tend to stay at home...
if we keep at the gym, maybe one day... we can get that modelling job!!
What yr plans for weekend? nething exciting?
