hey i sometimes apply Ice pack on my eyes.. i rilli feel good after that...

well.. i suffer from stigmatism,i wana keep my increasing power in control how i do so..? particular exercise, or should i apply something, or and particular diet other than carrot and fishes :D interesting thing for my father is that he's powers are improving now.. he doesn't need glasses anymore for distance viewing..

SAF!!!! sort it out mate!!!!! thats very verrrryyyy verrrrrrrrryyyyyy naughty!!!! nah seriously...that aint good mate....so u better stop that or il shpw u nasty pics of eye infections!!! that'l scare u 4a lifetime!!!! we showed eye infection pics to this girl at work and nw she hardly wears her contact lenses!!!!! oh well!!! we were jus messin but all in the name of patient care i guess!

sorry 4 late reply admin....basically u cud either b over-wearing ur contact lenses (CL), not cleaning them properly (unless they r daily disposable, in which case u jus chuck em away), or u may not b gettin on wid da cleanin solution...or ur CL may b in need of replacement...so it all depends on wat type u wear...hw long u wear them for in a day...hw many days a week...hw u clean them...general stuff like tht...normally the cause is sumthin quite easy to rectify and most CL probs tht iv seen are POOR PATIENT COMPLIANCE!!!! LOL!!!
also...make sure u attend ur regular after-care check ups wid ur optometrist which are typically between 3 to 6 months unless otherwise specified by ur optometrist....hope tht helps....lemme kno hw u get on or if u want me to run thru basic cleaning/do's and dont's and general tips!!! oh yeh...1 last thing 2 every1--> NEVER LET TAP WATER ANYWHERE NEAR UR LENSES OR CASE!!!!! KEEP THE 2 AWAY COS BACTERIA IN TAP WATER CAN CAUSE NASTY EYE INFECTIONS!!!! good luck admin...hope tht helped.xxx

yeh why do i et a nasty headache when i wear artificial contacts? man they kill my headdd isnt that wiereddddd? and also are the artificial contact lenses safe for ur eyes? or are they dangerous like people say

Technically, what you're doing when you put on contact lenses, is putting a foreign object in your eye. Think about it. It's not really supposed to go there. I'm surprised burning and itching are the ONLY things that happen when I put in my lenses.
